Showerhead Exchange Program

My Post (30)Overview

Did you know that a family of four who uses showerheads that conserve water will, on average, save more than 29,000 gallons of water per year?

To promote the sustainability of our most precious resource, the City of Manitou Springs has launched its showerhead exchange program, allowing our residents to trade-in their old showerhead for a high-quality and water friendly showerhead. No charges or fees attached, but please note this program is only for residential locations in Manitou Springs, and not businesses.

How to Participate

To participate in the program, bring your old showerhead into the Finance Office, located in the front of City Hall, and provide the staff with your name and address.

In addition, the finance department is equipped with leak detection tablets to help residents determine whether their toilets are leaking water. Both of these services are free for the community.
