Vision

Parking in Manitou Springs is carefully developed to allow for all of the wonderful areas in our City to be accessed. Hiawatha Gardens, located East of Downtown, is the preferred parking location for the Incline, and the pickup location for the Metro Shuttle that visits the Incline every 15 minutes. The Ruxton corridor is reserved for our residents, just as the Barr Lot is reserved for Barr users. Our goal is to make our city accessible, as well as make parking at your destination a seamless experience.
