Snow must be removed from the sidewalk outside of your home or business within 24 hours after the last snowfall. Property owners within the city must keep and maintain the sidewalks, curb and/or gutter adjacent to their property in a clean, safe condition and in a good state of repair, free from holes, projections and obstructions.
