HB 13-1303, passed in 2013, changed voter registration rules. Under HB13-1303, voter registration is permitted on any day up to and including the day of election. In order to vote the Manitou Springs ballot, you must be a resident of Manitou Springs and must have resided in the State of Colorado for 22 days immediately preceding the day of the election. Registration options are as follows:
You may submit an application through the mail, a voter registration agency, a local driver’s license examination facility, or a voter registration drive no later than 22 days before an election (October 28, 2019).
Voter registration is available via the Secretary of State’s online voter registration system at Go Vote Colorado through the 8th day before the election (October 28, 2019).
You may register to vote by appearing in-person at a Voter Service and Polling Center through Election Day.
