- Trash - We have a single hauler trash program and the current provider is Bestway Disposal. If you are a resident or apartment owner with 7 or less units, contact Bestway Disposal

- Electricity/Gas - Service is provided by Colorado Springs Utilities (719-448-4800).
- Police - For emergency services call 911. For non-emergency police services call dispatch at (719) 685-5407.
