To rent a city park, pavilion, or Memorial Hall, please submit a rental application to the city finance office.

The Fields

Resident: $110 per day
              add $55 per day for 100-200 pp
              add $110 per day for 201-500 pp
Non-Resident: $165 per day
              add $55 per day for 100-200 pp
              add $110 per day for 201-500 pp
Security Deposit: $100 for private events, $300 for public events


Soda Springs Pavilion

Resident: $83 per day (Manitou Springs Residents)
Non-Resident: $138 per day
Security Deposit: $300.00 deposit required for special events


Soda Springs Park

Resident: $110 per day (Manitou Springs Residents)
          add $50 for 100-499 users or $110 for 500+ users
Non-Resident: $150 per day
          add $50 for 100-499 users or $100 for 500+ users
Security Deposit: $300.00 deposit required for special events


Mansions Pavilion (max 200)

Resident: $83 per day
          add $55 per day for 100-200 pp
Non-Resident: $110 per day
          add $55 per day for 100-200 pp
Security Deposit: $100 for private events, $300 for public events


Seven Minute Gazebo and Amphitheater

No food or beverages permitted
Resident: $220 for 3 hours usage or $330 all day
Non-Resident: $275 for 3 hours usage or $385 all day
Security Deposit: $100.00 for private functions, $300 for public events


Memorial Park

Available for public events only
Resident:
$110 per day
        add $55 for 100-499 pp or $110 for 500+ pp
Non-Resident: $165 per day
        plus $55 for 100-499 pp or $110 for 500+ pp
Security Deposit: $500 for public events
*Not available for private events*


Memorial Hall

Resident: $50 for 2 hour increments (Mon-Fri)
          $300 per day* (Sat-Sun)
Non-Resident: $100 for 2 hour increments (Mon-Fri)
          $500 per day* (Sat-Sun)
*All Day Rental for Sat - Sun is defined as:
Saturday 9:00 am-11:59 pm
Sunday 2:00 pm-11:59 pm
(Additional times may be arranged upon request, inquire at the Finance Department)

Note: If applicant is reserving Memorial hall for two day usage - not including setup/cleanup - rental time is:
Saturday 9:00 am - Sunday 11:59 pm

Alcohol affidavit (must be notarized): $30
Additional day for set up/clean up:
$150 per day
Security Deposit: $400.00
