Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department works collaboratively with all other City departments to support, advise, and manage City staff. We greatly value our employees and strive to effectively support them as they provide residents, business leaders and visitors the services that make Manitou Springs an exceptional community. In 2016, the City Council established an Employee of the Month Program. All members of the public are encouraged to nominate an employee that they believe has served them well.
