Crystal Park Road Project

The purpose of the Crystal Park Road(CPR) Project and Crystal Park Road Planning Team (CPR PT) is to build a CPR community of people that are interested in CPR issues, using the City Council adopted Framework for Community Engagement to develop a plan for improvements to Crystal Park Road based on community consensus.

The CPR PT is not making final decisions, rather working towards consensus on identified opportunities, keeping the greater CPR community informed throughout the process and ensuring representation throughout all interested groups – property owners, people that use CPR as access to their homes, City of Manitou, pedestrians, cyclists, etc.

Based on community input and consensus, the CPR Planning Team has developed the following Vision Statement:

CRYSTAL PARK ROAD IS A MULTIMODAL NEIGHBORHOOD TRANSPORTATION CORRIDOR FROM MANITOU AVENUE TO CRYSTAL PARK GATE THAT IS SAFE; IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE VISUALLY PLEASING, RESPECTFUL OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND PROPERTY OWNERS.

Important updates including planning team meeting dates, community meeting dates, meeting agendas and minutes, and reference materials are available for review at your convenience via the online dialogue platform Workplace, Crystal Park Road Project – Neighbors Group.
